We believe in developing long-term relationships with our clients and the communities we serve.  We take pride in our 99.9% fill rate on client requests as well as the fact that many of our new linguistic partners join our roster via referrals from our current linguistic partners.


 Often miscommunications happen when people don’t understand where the other person is coming from. GLC was created to help facilitate understanding, both linguistically and culturally, between parties of different backgrounds and experiences. 


When you work with us, what you see is what you get. We breath, sleep, and think about this work and how it can help our clients succeed. For many of our team, this work is personal. Our staff and linguistic partners have encountered language and cultural barriers and have experienced amazing results when these are eliminated. The culture of our company creates an environment where people feel they can bring their authentic self to work and client sessions as they help build connections.


Our staff, our linguistic partners, the communities we serve, and our clients are viewed as a team at GLC.  Much like any team, GLC understands that no teammate is more important than and that the team itself will not be successful if all teammates are not working together.  We believe GLC is most effective in providing language services by listening to what our clients want, engaging the communities we serve to learn their needs, and utilizing our staff and linguistic partners to build bridges of services between our clients and the communities we serve so that they may meet each other where needs and wants intersect.
