This company was struggling to staff their manufacturing facilities. With overall
low unemployment rates, money was being lost to downtime. Committed to the communities they serve, they reached out to us to help recruit staff from the higher unemployed immigrant communities. We listened to their areas of need, we interviewed plant staff at various levels from various backgrounds, we reviewed current training and onboarding processes. We summarized our findings and rolled out initial cultural agility work. Feedback was incredibly positive, they cannot wait for the next phase of the process.  Next, we will meet with the recruiting team and go through the same process. Based on the success they have asked us to look at their corporate positions as well.



Our language services professionals provide on average 700 hours of interpreter services to a county community clinic. We have grown our service to this client by providing trained, professional, culturally agile linguists and excellent customer service. The service the interpreters provide is critical to ensure patients and providers understand each other.



Our firm was selected out of 900 companies to participate in the prestigious Super Bowl Business Connect Program. We secured two contacts to provide coat check for two of the NFL’s private events. In less than 48 hours we received over 100 applications for 15 positions. Using old school tickets and strong operations planning, our team checked close to 1,000 coats per day. Wait times were less than 5 minutes, and no coats were lost. Our service and smiles surpassed the client’s expectations. When some plans changed last minute and our team adapted on a time, seeing how hard the work was the client even asked how they could help. Our team responded, “No worries, we got you.” Not only did a group who would have never had access to this event able to take part in the monies being generated during that time, they had a ton of fun.
